PURCHASE POLICIES

How can I buy an artwork?
For selling an artwork, we only work through the Artsy platform, where you can contact with Artgráfico or directly by an email to info@artgrafico.gallery.

Which payments methods does Artgráfico accept?
You have the option to pay by Artsy Directly.You also have the option to pay by PayPal., With this method, you have the Paypal guarantee and If you don't agree with the purchase, Paypal will refund your full money after you return teh artwork.

In which currency can I make payments?
In British Pounds, US Dollar and Euros.
Please note however that all prices are fixed in British Pounds and in Euros in Artsay website.

What is the return and refund policy?
Cancellation of orders are permitted within 15 days of delivery. Please review the Return and Refund Policy section of this FAQ for more information on this matter.

Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?
Artworks are in the artist’s studios, so we are unable to arrange viewing before purchasing with the artist based outside London. However, in some cases, depending on the artist and customer’s location we might be able to accommodate a viewing. Do not hesitate to contact us at info@artgrafico.gallery for more information.

How can be informed of news related to your artists?
Our aim is not just to sell art, but also to promote actively our artists. All news from our artists (exhibitions in particular) are published on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. Just join our fans on these accounts and you will be informed in advance of all material news and exhibitions organised by our artists or their galleries.

Who do I buy from?
Artgráfico acts as an intermediary between artists and art buyers. All artworks displayed on Artgrafico are legally acquired by you directly from the artists. This ensures that the artwork you’re buying is 100% authentic. All artworks are signed and delivered with an invoice raised directly by the artist, providing you with an additional proof of authenticity.

SHIPPING, INSURANCE AND TAX


Do I need to pay shipping and shipping insurance costs?
No. Artgráfico provides a free delivery service, worldwide, for all artworks. All deliveries on Ideelart are free, worldwide. The delivery might however be subject to import duties, which are due by the buyer. See more about this below.

What shipping carriers do you use?
All artworks sold on Artgráfico are dispatched directly from the artist and very occasionally from a gallery. We use professional carriers such as DHL as well as fine art handling companies. The carrier selected will depend on the artwork’s origin, the shipping destination and any special packaging/handling requirements.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?
Processing and shipping times may vary according to the purchased artwork, its origin, and the shipping destination. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week. However, some orders may be processed faster, while others might take more time, particularly if they require special packaging or handling.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number.

Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Yes, all packages must be accepted and signed for upon delivery. Due to the valuable nature of artworks, packages should not be left unattended, and we strongly advise you to check that the packaging of the artwork is in good condition before approving a delivery.

Do I need to pay import duities and taxes? How are they calculated?
If you are buying artworks from an artist based outside of the country where the artwork is delivered, you may have to pay import duties or taxes upon receipt of the artwork. You will be responsible for payment of those duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Alternatively, you can use the following website to assess those taxes and duties: Dutycalculator.com.

Which countries does Artgráfico ship to ?
We currently deliver to the following countries:

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


How long do I have to return an artwork?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Under our free trial policy, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of an artwork, you can cancel your order within 15 days of receipt and you then have 7 days to ship the artwork back to the artist. All the transation fees will be paid for the costumer

Can I cancel an order before receiving the artwork?
Of course. You can cancel an order at any time before receiving the artwork. All the transation fees will be paid for the costumer

How can I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, you can use the cancellation form that we have sent you with our order confirmation email. Or you can just let us know by emailing us at info@artgrafico.gallery providing your order number.

What is your refund policy?
Assuming that the artwork is returned in perfect condition and within our free trial period, you will receive a full refund for the price paid for the artwork. Please note that the cost to ship the artwork back remains your responsibility.
Who will pay for the return shipment costs?
Unless you return an artwork damaged before delivery, the return shipment costs remain your responsibility.

How do I return an artwork?
To return an artwork, please follow the following guidelines:
Repackage the artwork in its original condition using the original packaging materials used by the artist. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials and sending the artwork back to the artist safely.
Arrange to send the packaged artwork directly back to the artist using a traceable shipping method.
Email all shipping details including tracking number to info@artgrafico.gallery.
Please note that Artgráfico is not responsible for undelivered returns, we would therefore strongly recommend you to insure the shipping when returning an artwork.

What should I do when receiving a damaged artwork?
We strongly advise you to check that the packaging of the artwork is in good condition before approving a delivery.
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, we ask you to take a picture of the artwork and one of the shipping container it arrived in and email us immediately at info@artgrafico.gallery, quoting your order number and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
We will be quickly in touch, and we will organise the return of the artwork.

How do I get reimbursed after having returned an artwork?
Refund will be arranged swiftly by the method you used to pay. All the transation fees will be paid for the costumer
